On this page you'll find some information that you may find helpful in determining what material you'd like to have for your project. There are quite a few different materials and finishes available so please have a look to see exactly what would suite your project and budget and if you have any questions at all, please feel free to shoot me an email.PLEASE NOTE: IF no finish is specified in your email, SATIN finish will be applied. Material Thickness OptionsRings can be made from a 1/16th of an inch up to 1/2"thick and angled as well to meet the neck angle requirements for proper string alignment. While this is not always necessary, some players would not even consider a pickup ring that didn't have this option. Prices will vary for different materials so please ask if you need thicker and / or angled rings for your particular guitar.

Solid Aircraft Black Anodized Aluminum: Black Only A Word About Anodizing:Custom orders are available at a higher price since the company has to fire up the tanks for your specific job so as you can imagine, they can't do small batches as cheaply as the larger batches. Please don't hesitate to inquire on pricing though because it's not as much as you might think ;o)Important Note:In the anodizing process, an electrode needs to be attached to the part to make the electrical connection needed for this kind of application. When you receive your part, you will see some marks or an exposed aluminum dot on a non-noticeable area on the part. It’s on the backside (the side that you won’t see), and you will never see it when installed. I actually had a compalint that it was there, and it was a dealbreaker for the customer. I am now leting everyone know this ahead of time. The customers truss rod cover showing the electrode connection dot on the BACKSIDE of his truss rod cover:
Black Molten Anodized Aluminum This finish is NEVER the same on these. The example you see below is only a representation or idea of what you can expect as these all have a different reaction from the “molten” process. This has a wonderful textured surface that gives the look of melted/molten metal.
The brass and aluminum are not clear coated, this means that they will tarnish as it's not plated.Solid Natural Brass:

Relic’d Aluminum:This finish is NEVER the same on these as this is a chemical process that reacts to the natural properties of the aluminum. The finish is a smooth “worn/aged” finish.
